We are delighted to announce the release of Synergist v9.5. This is the result of extensive development by our team and as always is driven by requests and feedback from our clients. Our focus for this release has been to improve the usability of many aspects of Synergist as well as adding new features. This has allowed us to expand the power of Synergist whilst making it easier for both new and experienced users to benefit from its use. The following list is a selection of the new features and enhancement in Synergist v9.5:
Work allocation diaries – Further enhancements to the drag and drop scheduling tool.
Gantt chart - A new Gantt chart tool has been developed in Synergist. Gantts can be produced for multiple jobs and phases with flexible printing options provided.
Weekly timesheet input screen - This is a very popular screen designed as a quick and easy method for entering time on jobs. We have enhanced this feature to include options that were previously only available to users of the daily timesheets.
Expenses - New Entry and Approval Screens - New expense list with views and search option.
Batch creation of time estimates - It is now possible to select a list of phases and then batch create a set of estimates.
Estimate revisions – new user interface - The estimate screen can now be toggled between the current estimate and saved revisions. The revisions screen has been re-designed.
Baseline support in estimate revisions - This is a key feature enabling project managers to track “cost to complete” while still being able to compare the progress of projects against the original estimates.
Saved reports available on web portal - Users can run certain reports from the web interface.
Scheduled reports - New feature for generating scheduled reports that can be automatically emailed to users.
Google maps - Added a Google map action to Clients/Suppliers/Contacts/Lead card.
